Zen Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness is entering the tenth year of operation. Coach George is an educator with a B.Sc from the University of Miami with studies in Nursing, Music, Philosophy & Psychology. With over 30 years training Jiu-Jitsu and a total of 40 years of martial arts experience brings a visionary approach and focus to details for all his students. Teaching is a passion, and seeing the transformation in each student is something that Coach George truly enjoys.  Coach George has developed a system of teaching that has proven RESULTS. At Zen Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness we strive to create a safe, family friendly environment where students can learn and have fun. Students are encouraged to break out of their comfort zone to better themselves.  We encourage everyone to train at their own pace.
